ADJUSTABLE PEDAL'S TENSION & CAGE'S POSITION: The tension of the springs on both sides of the pedals can be adjusted by turning the adjustment bolts. The set of toe cages has adjustable straps, and the toe clip's position is also adjustable to fit different feet sizes. It will always make sure your feet are in the right position regardless of your feet size. Quality grips and nylon straps on the cage will provide the exact level of tightness to make sure your feet stick to the pedal.
